Discover Provence Verte on horseback on a guided tour lasting almost an hour, including a wine tasting at a local winery!

Combining contact with the animal, the discovery of superb landscapes and the tasting of a local product, this oenological horseback ride in Brignoles, in the heart of Provence Verte, is the perfect way to get away from it all. Just under an hour's drive from Toulon and Aix-en-Provence, you will enjoy an ideal experience to share with friends or as a couple, right on the edge of the Sainte-Baume Regional Nature Park!

Whether you have ridden before or not, this horseback ride and wine tasting in Brignoles is suitable for all levels. You will take part in brushing and preparing your horse with the instructor who will then spend 5 to 10 minutes showing you how to hold the reins. Then it is off! During your hour-long ride, you will make your way to a Brignoles wine estate where you will taste a local wine, and if you have chosen the corresponding option, some local appetizers.

- Meeting with the instructor at the Renarde riding centre

- 20 to 30-minute brushing and horse preparation workshop

- Saddle up with the instructor's help, followed by a 5 to 10 minute introduction to safety instructions and, if you don't know how to ride, how to steer your horse

- Departure for a 50 to 55-minute ride through the countryside around the riding centre at walk and trot pace (if the level of the group is confirmed, a canter may be used at the discretion of the supervisor), stopping off at a partner winery on the way to enjoy a wine tasting

- Return to the centre, opportunity to take part in the brushing of the horses at the end of the ride, then end of the activity

Activity requirements

Maximum weight: 220 lbs (100 kg)

A minimum number of 3 participants is required to run this activity (4 participants in July and August).
